This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a talented commercial FMCG professional who really understands and has a great track record in driving growth in the Cash & Carry and Wholesale channels, particularly with Bestway and Dhamecha. The business is a very high performing impulse Brand who have experienced exceptional growth and continue to set very high standards.

The UK business and team are dynamic and pro-active and have all spent time in either major blue chip FMCG  or challenger brands and have all brought a strong personality and who all contribute to the ongoing success of the UKs growth trajectory. You would be expected to contribute and play an active part in what is a very busy channel for the business.

The business is a Globally recognised Brand and sold in over 100 Countries. As a commercial professional you would have a very strong Brand portfolio to sell.

Experience required in

  • Growth - Driving profitable growth, consistently aligned to clear strategic requirements, product groups, innovation perfectly aligned to media bursts Cost increases – Delivering significant cost increases on time in full without break in supply, whilst maintaining growth trajectory Forecasting – Consistent excellence in forecasting accuracy in both AYR and Seasonal product portfolio   Margin – Consistent excellence in NRM across the four golden pillars; Costs, Promo, Terms and Mix, that deliver consistent market leading sales contribution levels

The person required

Strong Experience in Branded FMCG supplying Cash & Carry / Wholesale channels Ideally notable training in GAP, Category Management, NRM Strong preference for experience in Branded impulse products. Open to experience for candidates who really understand the channels and customers A bright energetic person who enjoys pace and pressure and really enjoys being part of a team structure who enjoy collective accountability and delivery Someone who will align and engage with the company culture and environment that focuses upon respect, integrity, personal development and fun

The offer

A strong starting salary of up to c£70,000 depending upon experience A car allowance of C£500m Company and Group bonus, Pension, Training & development, Flexible working pattern, x2 days mandated in the UK office ( Yorkshire)
